Gabriela Garcia Congrains is a Colombian born, Texas based fashion designer. Before graduating from La Arturo Tejada Cano in Bogota in 2013 Gabriela took the time to travel the world and study various fashions in places like Paris and Peru. After developing her own style she went on to form Congrains Designs and in 2019 had her first fashion show called Bow in San Antonio. The event was nationally televised and featured fifteen different designs by the designer. Her costume line of Haute Couture was inspired by all things pop culture and focused on female empowerment...think Wonder Woman meets Cruella Deville. All this while having gained momentum over the past four years as an artist selling fashion illustration in Southtown art venues.
